TKP hanger for Surf-Rodz baseplate

Fully CNC-machined aluminum hanger made from 7075 alloy
Designed for Surf-Rodz TKP baseplates and bushing sets.

TKP hangers are compatible with Surf-Rodz TKP baseplates and TKP bushings.
Includes:
10 mm steel axles (length selectable)

Hanger variants available:
260 mm or 220 mm — both with 20×20 mm ends and 1 mm chamfer
180 mm — version designed for hub motors

Note: Width measurements do not include axles.

Custom axle lengths available:
27, 37, 47, 57, or 67 mm

Axle length:
Measured without the threaded section (shaft only).

Motor mount not included
Motor mounts fit only the 220 mm hanger

Threading options:
Standard hangers come with M6 threaded mounting holes (Surf-Rodz standard).
If you require greater strength, M8 threaded holes are available (includes stainless steel bolts).
Note: If you choose M8 threads, the bushing set must be reamed from 6 mm to 8 mm.

Baseplates and bushing sets are not included.
