ESC enclosure v1.2B Eco – Solid Protection in a Budget-Friendly Edition

The v1.2B Eco is the economical version of our popular ESC enclosure.
It combines aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum top and bottom plates for durability and heat dissipation with a 3D-printed middle section made from PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) – a strong, impact-resistant, and heat-resistant material commonly used in technical applications.

This smart design allows us to lower the cost while keeping the same robust protection and stylish look.

Important Notes:

• The switch is not included.

• The bottom plate is delivered without pre-drilled ESC mounting holes, as hole patterns vary between ESC models. The user should drill holes to match their specific ESC.

PETG is widely used in engineering because it combines the strength of ABS with the ease of printing of PLA. It is impact-resistant, temperature-resistant, and offers excellent durability for real-world use. The 3D-printed section also makes the enclosure more serviceable – if it ever gets damaged, the middle part can be easily and affordably replaced.

✉️ Additional Option for Makers:
If you own a 3D printer, you can order the enclosure with only the aluminum parts. After completing the purchase, we will send you the STL file of the middle section by email, so you can print it yourself in any material or color you prefer.

The set also includes:

• rubber cable grommets,

• aluminum spacers for the mounting plate,

• all necessary screws.
